Who we are…

We at DreamEstates  have assembled a team dedicated to the complete satisfaction of the owners.  Our company may be a fresh new face, however, we bring to the table over 75 years of combined experience in the design/build business.  Each of our talented staff members has been hand selected to carry out a task that, in turn, provides you with the highest level of satisfaction possible.  Although we are a builder of finely detailed, architecturally complex homes, it doesn’t end there.  We have integrated with an elite group of interior designers and architects who take our product and give it the completed touch, enabling us to provide a truly breath-taking product.

What we do…

We start with a blank piece of paper. Meeting with our in-house Home Designers, we start the procedure with a number of pertinent questions. Using our experience, your input, and great ideas from the entire team, your home starts to come to life. Incorporating the input of our Interior Designer is another guarantee that your home will be up to our high standards. In all of these meetings, our team is involved with their expertise on design, building trends, and of course budget restraints.

“The bitterness of poor quality will linger long after the sweetness of cheap prices is forgotten.”   With that quote in mind, we strive to give our home owner the very best products for the money spent. Our goal as a company is to never have to employ a staff that handles only warranty and customer service.  That is not to say that we won’t service what we sell – just that we feel we probably won’t have to.  What enables us to provide such high quality is the fact that we only desire to construct 5 or 6 homes per year.  This allows each client our full, undivided attention and gives us the opportunity to concentrate on every minuet detail involved in delivering your dream.

Included in our cost to build homes with the details shown on our "Model Gallery" page is a complete package including, but not limited to, a custom tailored floor plan design, a long list of high quality standard features, a beautiful pool & spa package plus complete landscaping designed by our landscape Architect, and in general a complete dream home including the furniture.
